I purchased this wellness planner from typo — I love the design of it cause of the little sections like, mindful moments, How i felt this week & habit tracker. As someone who is easily caught up in plans and the future this little mindful moments & journalling helps me to sit down, reflect and appreciate living in the present!

Realistically, I know its difficult to update your planner regularly. Therefore, this is how i use my planner as someone who procrastinate .. and sometime gets abit lazy! 😳 IT HAPPENS! 🫣

01 Using photos 📸 — This is my favorite way of sealing the memories from the week! Especially when you have lots planned that week, you honestly dont need words to explain how memorable your day was. Photos are good enough to take you back to the day. (& it adds color)

02 Using Stickers 🟠🟣 — As a visual person, I love organising my things with colors (even in digital planners) I purchased this little circle stickers from taobao, they're super cheap & great for little detailing on your planner.

03 Using Post It Notes 🗒️ — An easy way to keep track of your day is to write them down on a post it notes as the day goes by! so at the end of the week you'll have an overview of everything you're grateful for & everything you were mindful of. This applies to small or big moments! This works especially well for me as someone who struggles with an ED, because little moments like this are still big wins and progress! 🧡
