Homemade chocolate cake with recipe

Hello everyone , I’ll be sharing the recipe for making the moist chocolate cake. Previously I have share recipe to make chiffon chocolate cake which is more spongy. This cake will be more dense than usual

- [ ] 85g hot water 37.5 degrees

- [ ] Milk 125g

- [ ] 60g oil

- [ ] 1egg 53g

- [ ] 2g vanilla

- [ ] Vinegar 6g

- [ ] 125g sugar

- [ ] 2g baking powder

- [ ] 2g baking sada

- [ ] 135g all purpose flour

- [ ] 2g salt

- [ ] 40g cocoa

Bake for about 45minutes to 1hr

I’m using 6inch mold
