God is still healing this knee but I’m back on the court doing light shooting drills and I’m so grateful!

Nothing like getting out in nature and still being able to do what you love.

Workout Details:

✅ 1 Min jump rope x 3-4

✅ kettlebell swing 3-4 x 15

✅ 5 made shots

Then repeat 3-4 times!

Then did shooting drills for an hour. Day by day God is doing His healing ❤️‍🩹 . I pray you gave God praise and thanks today for simply waking up. We take that for granted. I love y’all have a blessed and safe weekend and keep the full armor of God on🛡️

Who else loves the sound of the net…I’ll never get tired of that sound. Still in love with the game at 40 praise the Lord He knew I needed an outlet!
