This workout is great when first starting out running. You can adjust if you need but the key is each time you do it slowly increase your running time and decrease your walking time! Try to do this 2-3 times a week and it will get easier each week. Being consistent is super important and within a few weeks you can be running 2-3 miles straightπ The key thing is to go nice and slow so your body will be able to run for longer.
