Low-calorie and High-protein overnight cheesecake recipe using Weetabix as the base.

This recipe is perfect if you're in a calorie deficit but still want to eat breakfast that tastes good, will keep you feeling full and energised, and is high in protein. These cheesecake jars require no baking and have a prep time of under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Crumble 2 Weetabix into each jar

Step 2: Blend 30g whey & 300ml of water (you can use milk here instead depending on your nutritional goals and calorie target)

Step 3: Pour 1/3 of the shake in each jar (across 3 jars)

Step 4: Add 3-4 heaped tbsp of yoghurt (you can use coconut yoghurt if you want)

Step 5: Add flavour drops to yoghurt (this is optional but I like my sweet breakfast to taste extra sweet)

Step 6: Top it off with thawed berries

Place your jars in the fridge overnight and they'll be ready to dig into by tomorrow morning.
