6) Bulgarian Split Squats 4 X 10 , 6 , 4, last set is till failure
7) Goblet Squats 4 X 10 , 6 , 4, last set is till failure
8) Back Squats 4 X 10 , 6 , 4, last set is till failure
9) Hamstring Curl 4 X 10 , 6 , 4, last set is till failure
10) Walking Lunges 4 X 10 , 6 , 4, last set is till failure
