Easy Apple 🍎 Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

These protein pancakes are a fun way to sweeten up your morning!

I use the Kodiak protein pancake mix, but you could use any pancake mix.

All you have to do is dice an apple and add cinnamon, your choice of sweetener, and a splash of water. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until the apple starts to soften.

Add about half the apple to your pancake mix and cook as normal, then use the rest of the apple as a topping.

These apples are also a great addition to yogurt and other snacks!!
