MAPLE CINNAMON APPLE PANCAKES

These pancakes are perfect for fall and are super easy to make! They are a super clean and nutritious breakfast that also tastes AMAZING! ❤️

🥞 pancake recipe:

- 2 bananas

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup rolled GF oats

- 1 tbsp vanilla

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- splash of oat milk for the last pancake to get it out easier

- coconut oil to prevent from sticking

🍎 apple topping:

- 1 red apple

- maple syrup

- cinnamon

✨ instructions:

- in a blender, combine all of the pancake ingredients

- blend until smooth and set aside

- dice an apple

- heat a large sauté pan with maple syrup

- add in apples

- seasonal generously with cinnamon

- add in more maple syrup to fully coat apples

- simmer for ~15 minutes or until tender while cooking pancakes, making sure to stir occasionally

- heat a small sauté pan with coconut oil

- pour in pancake mixture

- cook for ~2 minutes or until air bubbles pop through

- flip and cook for another ~2 minutes

- plate pancakes together and top off with apple mixture
