Hello everyone!

I’ll be posting a video on the step of how to make this delicious Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden.

Ingredients

- 1/4 of a chopped yellow onion

- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

- One package of Italian sausage (mild or hot)

- 5 to 6 potatoes (I chose red potatoes)

- One bunch of kale

- 4 cups of chicken stock

- 4 cups of heavy whipping cream

- Seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional for spicy)

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Italian mix cheese or Parmesan cheese

Recipe:

1. Chop up 1/4 of yellow onion and 1 tablespoon of garlic

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in pot on medium heat.

3. Cook the chopped up yellow onion, and garlic until iridescent.

4. Take one package of Italian sausage and add to the pot. Cook this until Italian sausage is brown. (if you want to make your meat flavorful add seasoning here)

5. Poor chicken stock and heavy whipping cream into pot.

6. Sliced potatoes and then add them to the pot cook potatoes for about 20 to 25 minutes. Check on potatoes to make sure they are cooked through before adding kale to pot.

7. Chop up kale and add to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes.

8. Serve the soup and add as much cheese toppings as you please
