☕️ EAT SOMETHING FIRST

i know this isn’t the most fun advice, but try to wait to have any caffeine until after you’ve eaten something. having something in your stomach can help dull the unwanted effects of too much caffeine.

☕️ NOT TOO LATE

try to avoid caffeine after 3 pm so you don’t start the whole insomnia to need coffee to now i’m anxious to now i can’t sleep cycle. it’s a hard one to break, but stopping caffeine earlier can help dramatically!
