I am a huge supplement lover. Specifically because unfortunately the foods we consume today lack so many of our important vitamins and minerals.

3. Vitamin A: speeds up healing, prevents breakouts, promotes immunity
4. Vitamin E: decreases testosterone & LH while increasing progesterone & FSH
5. DIM: helps balance hormones, decrease sebum production
6. Ashwaganda: balances blood sugar, improves sleep, decreases anxiety
7. Vitamin D3: improves fertility, helps with insulin resistance
8. Silymarin: helps with liver detox
9. Zinc: helps with immunity & metabolic function
10. Magnesium: amazing for sleep, prevents migraines, decreases testosterone levels
11. Fiber: bowel movement/metabolic function
