Magnesium is probably the best supplement you can take and integrate into your daily life. 50% of people are deficient in magnesium so every one can benefit from this. I especially love magnesium because it helps my anxiety and digestive system.

My favorite one to take before I go to sleep is the Moon Juice Magnesi-Om. It is a vegan-friendly supplement containing three forms of magnesium designed to enhance relaxation, support brain health and promote regular bowel movements. This magnesium powder tastes yummy (like berries) and kinda like a mock tail to help me relax before bed and helps to provide deeper, more restful sleep.

I also take Magnesium Glycinate which has the same properties but I usually take this one in the day time because it doesn’t make me feel sleepy. It maintains regular heart rhythms, reduces symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and amplifies my workouts. I don’t take both the same day I usually alternate. Although it is safe to do so, that is just my preference.
