Magnesium is probably the best supplement you can take and integrate into your daily life. 50% of people are deficient in magnesium so every one can benefit from this. I especially love magnesium because it helps my anxiety and digestive system.
My favorite one to take before I go to sleep is the Moon Juice Magnesi-Om.
