How to have fun from work out if you don’t like it yet?

1. First of all, find it work out that you love to do, for example: classes, Hit, yoga, Pilates, boxing, lifting weights, running, jumping rope, gymnastic, hot yoga (even tho I don’t believe in it so much), dancing, basketball, football, golf, swimming, volleyball, cycling, walking, or any ACTIVITY!

Find a partner, and a lot of us, especially in the beginning doesn’t know what to do when arrive to the gym/ or anything we chose/ doesn’t want to do it alone/ getting bored, and yourself, a partner you love to work out with, me in person I love working out with my boyfriend, we does the same things but different level☺️.

3. Third step is: buy yourself couple activewear sets that you really like!! I know it sounds ridiculous and maybe sounds funny but wearing something nice makes you feel better and want to do more!

5. Get a personal trainer - it will push you to do it more and enjoy the process.
