Getting into a workout routine that you follow every week can for sure be difficult
I always wanted to love working out, but would get bored and tired of the same old routine to do for weeks and weeks
Until I finally made some changes that positively impacted the way I felt and became so much more motivated to work hard for myself! ๐
1. ๐ผFinding workouts your love - this was the biggest thing for me. If I didnโt enjoy the workout I was doing, I didnโt feel motivated or the urge to continue working out. Thereโs so many options you can choose from to get some sort of physical activity in during the day. My favorites include taking my dog on long walks, going on walks with friends, riding a bike, rollerblading, etc..
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ2. Trying new things - staying with the same schedule and doing what you know can easily get boring. Itโs nice to change things up sometimes and try out new things! Even if youโre stepping out of your comfort zone, youโre trying something new and maybe finding a new thing you love! I love hiking, swimming, and kayaking!
