I was inspired to do the 75 hard challenge by a TikTok friend, but I failed the challenge. I used to always view failure as a bad thing, but in this case I am extremely proud of myself for even attempting the challenge, completing it for 20 days, and building healthy habits that will continue on with me. While this challenge proved to be too difficult for me to follow 100% for 75 days, I learned SO much!

1. Prior to this, I was very inconsistent with working out. Now I know I CAN prioritize myself and my well-being and fit in a workout most days. I fell in love with mat Pilates again using my stepper as I watch tv.

2. Balanced eating is a must. I have a huge sweet tooth, if I could eat chocolate chip cookies for breakfast lunch and dinner, trust me I would šŸŖ. While I was trying to not eat sweets at all, I lesrned thst a little is ok, and keeps me happy.

3. I got back into reading!! I used to be that kid that would go to the public library and walk out with 20 books, and have them all finished in a few weeks. I miss that. I loved the ā€œread 10 pages a dayā€ rule and plan to practice this during my breaks or right before bed whenever possible.

4. Be forgiving with yourself. This challenge taught me I can push myself, but I need to find something thatā€™s right for ME! These set of rules werenā€™t always possible with my lifestyle, but Iā€™ll find something else that does work and follow that, but rest days and setbacks are also ok šŸ’“
