Today’s recipe is rich and chewy chocolate truffle mochi. This recipe is very easy and also fun to make! If you love chocolate truffle please try this recipe!!🤎🤎
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
⭐️ 120 gr glutinous rice flour
⭐️ 2 tsp cocoa powder
⭐️ 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
⭐️ 160 ml milk
⭐️ 2 tbsp oil
⭐️ 100 gr dark chocolate
⭐️ 100 ml whipping cream
⭐️ Cornstarch
Method:
1. Add glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, sugar and milk into a bowl. Then mix it well.
2. Then add oil and mix it well until combined.
3. Brush some oil into a clean bowl. Then strain the mochi mixture.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and prick it. Then steam for 25 minutes.
5. Mix it well with a spatula and knead it with your hand until smooth.
6. Dust the surface with cornstarch and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
7. Place the chocolate ganache in the middle. Cover and pinch the dough.
8. Dust with cocoa powder and now it’s done!
