I am Suffering From C-PTSD

I have recently been trying to understand myself when dealing with C-PTSD. I thought I was going a little crazy but now I feel a little bit better now that I know what I am dealing with.

Ways I have been trying to make myself a little Better:

. Positive Affirmations

. Meditations

. Going outside more (vitamin D)

. Hanging out with my family more and trying to express my feeling more often
