Quick & Easy Homemade Strawberry Jam🍓

This morning I wanted a classic sausage, eggs and toast breakfast. I realized I was out of jam and did not hesitate to let that ruin my morning lol. Quickly googled homemade strawberry jam (bc that’s what I had) and it was done in 10 minutes.

Eyeballed recipe: (small serving)

6 strawberries

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of organic cane sugar

Mix all of the ingredients into a sauté pan on medium to high heat. Sugar will dissolve, strawberries will start to soften- mash them and continue to stir until mixed and thickened.

Set aside into a container. Let cool.

Viola you’re done!

Homemade, fresh, healthy jam. No preservatives, fillers, or bad white sugar. Just jam 🍓🫶🏽
