MY FAV HOMEBAKER!!!! DILUTEDCOKE 🫶🏻

i need to share my love for her bakes… have purchased from dilutedcoke so many times and her bakes are really so so so GOOD!!!!!!

some of my fav purchases from her are:

1. pistachio choux — her pistachio paste is top notch i love. and the choux is super crispy after i heated it up!!!!

2. ceremonial matcha tart with macadamia — her matcha is so amazing… umami and bittersweet and doesn’t leave a grassy aftertaste! this version of matcha tart was so good and light (texture wise) with a very firm buttery tart shell and crunchy chopped macadamia + matcha feuilletine wah rly dem nice pls

3. chocolate macadamia tart — i love her chocolate… it’s super intense and strong and not sweet!!!!

4. pistachio yuzu tart — her pistachio is amazing but it can get a bit jelak so pairing it with yuzu is simply ingenious… the refreshing, zesty yuzu balances the nuttiness of the pistachio!

5. matcha melting cake with macadamia & maple pecan paste — matcha is umami and bittersweet, the melting cake texture is super fudgy, almost like a basque cheesecake but without the cheese! i prefer pairing matcha with maple pecan because the sweetness from maple pecan goes really well with the umami & bittersweet matcha!

6. chocolate hazelnut melting cake — fans of kinder bueno / ferrero rocher would LOVE THIS

7. pistachio tiramisu — running out of words this describe already… if you love pistachio you’ll love this.

8. hojicha hazelnut tiramisu with chocolate shell — hojicha???? and hazelnut???? honestly i have never tried or even thought of this combi but it turned out so well!!!!! i love the choco shell too

9. genmaicha macadamia tiramisu — this may be my ultimate fav item from her 😭😭😭😭 the genmaicha is super roasted and fragrant, and pairs so so so well with the nutty and viscous macadamia paste. both of which are in the perfect balance and doesn’t overpower each other. the spongefingers were soaked in malted milk too to give it a slight sweetness! i love adding my own espresso shot too for some bitter notes!
