Matcha Black Sesame Gateau Cake ($12) is a dense rich tall cake with black ssm mochi layer, matcha ganache, black ssm cream and matcha crumble! everything is so well balanced between richness of the matcha and fragrant black ssm and just the right chewiness of the mochi!✨ for $12, pricey for a slice but it is definitely needed to be shared between 2 ppl at least to finish it!😂
