Chorizo Tacos

Are you looking for a quick and easy meal idea ready in less than 30 mins? Try these chorizo tacos! {SAVE} for later!

10 oz chorizo (I used beef chorizo)

1 cup shredded cheese

5-6 small tortillas

1 bunch of cilantro

1/2 white onion, diced

Cook chorizo over medium heat in a skillet and set aside. Place tortillas on top of chorizo to coat tortilla on both sides. Place tortilla in another skillet over medium low heat. Add chorizo and cheese to one side of the tortilla and fold in half. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden and cheese is melted. Open tacos to add diced onion and cilantro. Sprinkle remaining onion and cilantro on top.
