Easy 3 Ingredient Smash Tacos

These are perfect for a quick, budget friendly lunch.😋

YOU NEED:

Shredded Cheese

Chorizo of choosing

4” Corn Tortillas

RECIPE:

1. Smash chorizo onto your tortillas.

2. Place chorizo side down in a med/high skillet. Cook about 10 minutes until browned, smashing down every minute or two with a spatula.

3. Flip to toast the other side. Add in shredded cheese and allow it to melt.

4. Fold it in half to make mini tacos and enjoy!
