I wanted to make this post in efforts to see if anyone else is experiencing the same things in their health.

The three supplements showed in the picture were all bought from Walmart! I have been taking all three of them every morning for about 2 weeks now and I’m seeing great improvements!

-The evening primrose oil I take it due to regularly having ovarian cysts and it has helped me in the past so I decided to start taking it again.

-The cranberry is supposed to help with urinary tract health and vaginal health!

-I’ve read about a lot of people taking Ashwa and wanted to give it a try due to my high stress and anxiety and I can say that it does help! I would not go as far to say that it completely helps with my anxiety (as far as feeling very anxious) but it does take the edge off and it’s easier to get myself out of the anxious feeling. I’m hoping that with more time of taking it that it will have more affect on my anxiety and stress.

I also take pantoprazole, when going to the ER for constant vomiting and stomach pain after having the stomach flu for 10 days the doctors prescribed me this medication in efforts to help if it is possibly gastritis. The medicine does help a little bit but I still vomit and have severe stomach pain after consuming acidic foods. Has anyone else gone through this and can offer some advice? I’ve lost 30 lbs from this in a month and I want to be able to have more control over this. Anything helps! Thank you 🫶🏽🥰
