🤍 My Story:

Ever since I moved out of my home to a city with no friends and no family, I’ve felt more anxious than ever before. Some days are better than others but I always feel disconnected on campus and cantilevered make friends. Today I changed everything and was finally able to go out and meet people and build a new support system. But here are some things I did in the meantime.

🤍 How I Felt:

I felt scared, I’ve never been an anxious person until this year and I feel like I’ve lost myself but I’m willing to get back to how I used to be!

🤍 My Takeaways:

Dealing with emotions you haven’t before is difficult but learning what works for you and putting in the work daily can get you out of a hole you’ve been stuck in.
