What I’ve done

Intermittent Fasting - fast for 18 hrs eating window of 8 hrs. My eating window is from 12pm - 8pm I do not eat anything past 8pm until 12pm the following day. This may be hard at first but drinking plenty of fluids your body will adjust and the hunger pains will subside.

Calorie Deficit - I use website https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html to calculate how many calories I should be eating in a day. And the My Fitness Pal app to log my foods & calories intake.
