How to Start Running

I get it. If you haven’t really run before, you probably hate it. I used to run as a punishment in volleyball so I thought of it as more of a negative thing rather than a great and fun exercise. It took me a long time to finally fall in love with it, but I’m so glad I did! Here are my top 3 tips if you are in my old shoes!
