My Pre Gym Routine
Having a routine that I do before the gym helps to motivate me to get to the gym, especially on the days when I don't want to go.
#1 - Pick out a cute gym fit
~ “Look good, lift good” is the motto. Pick out an outfit that makes you feel confident.
#2 - Get ready & play some hype up music
~ I like to put on some tinted moisturizer and concealer for the gym. This hides the redness in my cheeks & makes me feel more confident at the gym. Do whatever makes you feel good for the gym! Fun hairstyles can be fun too if you have the time :)
~ Listening to hype music gets me excited to hit the gym.
#3 - Chef up a pre-workout snackie
~ I typically choose a carb & a little protein. My favorite is a piece of Dave’s Killer Bread & PB2. The cinnamon raisin bread is THE BEST
#4 - Make a little pre-workout drink for the drive to the gym
~ I will either do a stim-free pre-workout/pump from BEAM and mix it with Pure Creatine, or I will do the regular Pre-Workout from BEAM depending on how I am feeling that day.
