This is what my mornings look like when I workout, & some habits that I always make time for when I’m moving my body!
1. Pre workout fuel - this is so important to make me feel my best during my workout! I like to keep it simple while also balancing at least 2 macro groups. I love pb banana waffles before class!
2. Allow time for that to digest - I like to read, sip my coffee, & drink lots of water during this time. I noticed that hydrating before a workout makes me performance better!!
3. Post workout fuel - I like to end my morning with stretching and a high protein post workout snack to promote muscle recovery & give myself the fuel I need to get to work for the rest of the day!
