High protein egg bake: 1 egg, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, browned turkey sausage, cheese, salt, pepper (bake @ 425, ~35 min)
Ground chicken: Brown chicken on stove (2 lb), microwave 2 bags frozen cut green beans (add to browned chicken and season), microwave 2 cups of white rice (equal parts water and rice) - made more than 4 servings
Chicken thighs: Bake asparagus on pan with salt, pepper, and olive oil @ 400 for ~15 minutes. Bake chicken and cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and onion powder @ 435 for ~40 minutes.
