Growing and bulking with purpose!!

I can’t wait to shred and see my new shape in the coming months.

I’ve been through a lot of phases in my body, and I can say that I feel the most at home in my body when I am working with purpose.

Mindlessly bulking is very hard mentally.

Trying to diet without structure and deadlines.

It doesn’t matter what I look like when I am confident that I am taking purposeful action.
