My opinions on bulking and cutting !

When it comes to bulking and cutting, it all comes down to preference and goals! Personally my goals don’t need me to bulk and cut, they can be reached by simply eating healthy, with loads of protein! Since I’m someone that bases my progress by what I see in the mirror and how I’m feeling about myself, I feel like bulking or cutting may not be the best option for me!

Now I’m not saying you can’t bulk and cut! There’s been many people out there that have made insanely amazing progress by bulking and cutting, it just comes down to preference and what you’re comfortable with!
