Herbal teas are some of my favorite pantry staples for so many reasons. For one, they are so delicious, but secondly, they also each serve incredible medicinal purposes ✨
Here are my all-time favorite herbal teas:
🍃 1. Peppermint
- Great for digestion, headaches/migraines, freshens your breath, clogged sinuses, menstrual cramps, sleep, and seasonal allergies
- I make this with roasted dandelion root tea and/or raspberry leaf tea (depending on the time of the month) into an iced sweet tea but will also enjoy it plain with honey (and milk sometimes)
🍃 2. Raspberry Leaf
- Great for PMS, period cramps, and increasing antioxidants
- I make this with roasted dandelion root tea peppermint tea into an iced sweet tea or will also enjoy it with honey and milk
🍃 3. Roasted Dandelion Root
- Great for liver health and digestion
- I make this with peppermint tea and/or raspberry leaf tea (depending on the time of the month) into an iced sweet tea
🍃 4. Night Night Extra (Valerian Root)
- Great for anxiety, stress, sleep, and PMS
- I make this with honey and milk at night right before bed
🍃 5. Chamomile & Lavender
- Great for anxiety, stress, sleep, digestion, blood sugar, heart health, immune health, period cramping, and skin health
- I make this with honey and milk at night
