Hey everyone!

Are you always feeling bloated and like your food hasn't been digested? If so, I have a few gut healthy hacks that i've tried that should help you!

The first hack is to drink herbal teas. My favorite herbal tea to drink is peppermint tea because it relieves my bloating my food is able to pass through more quickly.

The second hack I have is to eat foods rich in fiber. Fiber is known to bulk up stool and makes it easier to pass through which prevents constipation and diarrhea.

Another hack I have is to DRINK WATER especially in the morning. Drinking water helps to break down food and helps to soften your stool. Also drinking water before your meals can help you feel more fuller which can help you to avoid feeling bloated after a meal.

The last hack I have is to to a shot of apple cider vinegar. I take at least 1-2 tablespoons each day to help out my gut. Taking apple cider vinegar daily is known to help with weight loss, lower blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and ease acid reflux. It is best to dilute it with water due to it's acidity.
