- blue spirulina: it’s an algae that’s anti-inflammatory and contains antioxidants and is easy to throw into smoothies and drinks. plus, it’s fun to naturally dye food with it.
- hemp hearts/seeds: it contains a good amount of protein and is easy to throw in while baking or in smoothies. it’s also tasteless when added in.
- lavender flowers: it’s good for sleep and anxiety/stress and i plan to use it to make syrups for matcha lattes and also baking.
- turmeric: i love the taste of turmeric in my food as a spice but the anti-inflammatory benefits of it are insane. i love making wellness shots with it and also using it as a spice or even as a natural food dye too.
- aloe vera juice: i want to add this into mocktails as it contains antioxidants, helps with skin, is good for the gut, and overall hydration.
