Crockpot Birria Recipe

This is the shortcut easy way to make Birria.

For all my busy moms and corporate girlies this is such a time saver!

You need:

A beef chuck roast 2.5 lbs

1 packs of Birria seasoning

Salt

1/2 cup of water

Flour or corn tortillas

Cheese

1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5oz)

📝Instructions

Rub the beef with seasoning and salt. Place in slow cooker with tomoatoes and water. Cook on low for 9 hrs or on high for 4.5 hours. Taste and add salt as needed.

Remove the beef, shred, and place back into the pot.

Dip each tortilla in broth place in skillet on medium heat. Top with meat and cheese. Fold and cook each side until golden brown.

Add your fave toppings and serve with a bowl of the the broth for dipping.
