-flour small tortillas
-chuck roast (I used 1.6 pounds)
-kinders carne asada seasoning
-au ju (half a packet)
-red enchilada sauce (10 oz)
-beef broth (10 oz)
-quesadilla cheese
-white onion
-banana peppers and juice
Detailed Steps:
In crock pot add chuck roast, whole packet of kinders carne asada, half a packet of au ju, can on enchilada sauce, can of beef broth (if you don’t have a can fill up enchilada sauce with beef broth), chop up an onion and throw it in, and banana peppers with some juice from jar I used half a jar, cook on high for 7-9 hours until tender. Shred roast, dip tortillas in juice, pan fry with meat and cheese, serve with whatever you want pico de gallo, sour cream and use remaining juice for dipping
