Bersihkan bunga telang. Rendam dalam air panas yang baru didih. Tak payah banyak, asalkan cukup untuk rendam. Agak-agak 1 jam macam tu. Dapatlah warna biru tu. Kuantiti bunga dan air terpulang kepada ketepuan warna yang anda mahu.

Clean the butterfly pea flowers. Soak in freshly boiled water. Just use enough to cover the flowers. Soak it for about 1 hour. Remove the flowers and you'll have natural blue colouring from the flower. Just adjust the flowers and water amount based on how saturated you want the colour to be.
