Do debloat pills really work?🧐

Have been seeing this de/bloat vitamin all over my social media pages and wanted to give it a try because I am a really bloated girlie!

The bottle has 45 capsules and for its price ($39.90) it’s pretty reasonable! It is said to contain 9 herbs, fruit-based digestive aids and enzymes to reduce bloating. It is also said that it will reduce bloating 45-60mins after taking the pills, not a long term solution to slim the tummy!

I have tried the de/bloat pills for around half a month now and though the dosage is 2 pills per time, I usually take 1 pill only to save some money and to be less dependent on such pills (if you get what I mean🙂) I have visually seen my belly getting smaller as there is lesser trapped gas! (and also with some exercise) As you can see in the last picture, my tummy is still slightly bloated but it’s really slowly getting better! Slowly, but surely✨ Would recommend my fellow bloated people to get this too! #lemon8health
