GYM HACKS: READING + CARDIO 📚💪🏻

Because I've been in my reading era this year, bringing my Kindle to the gym has gotten me excited about working out again. Trust me on this when I say that reading on Kindle and following along with the audiobook, while on the tread or the elliptical, is THE *ultimate* cardio experience!
