15 Minute Dinner Idea!

Our favorite dinner lately! Super simple to throw together + easily customizable. Here’s how we like to do it:

•Salmon (400° for 12 minutes with s+p)

•Diced avocado

•Diced cucumber

•Jasmine or sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar

•Seaweed

•Spicy mayo

•THIS SAUCE! Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce is a must! We grabbed it at Costco, but I’ve seen it at Target + Kroger stores.
