My six month difference!

It has been a journey that is not linear but keeps going because I won’t give up!

Here’s a walk through on what my calorie deficit and eating looks like in a day with tracking!

I try to hit a protein goal of 100 grams a day while staying around my 1800 calorie goal 💕

I workout 5/6 times a week with my tempo program/weight set. I’ve been doing the HIIT classes about 2/3 days of the 5/6 and the other days I’m doing strength training to help tone 💪🏼

I love finding high protein recipes on Pinterest, Tiktok and even from my fellow Lemon8 peeps! 🐥

I have a cheat day on the weekend where I don’t track but I’m still mindful.

I’ve replaced all soda with diet and flavored water 💕
