In this video I touched on 3 different ways to put yourself into a calorie deficit.

1. Increasing the amount of calories you burn through exercise activity

2. Decreasing the amount of calories you consume through food

3. Doing a bit of both

So now let’s cover how to use them to lose 10 pounds:

1. If you don’t know how many calories you’re eating, track your food for a few days to get an idea.

2. Staying active will make this whole process much easier!

👉🏽Workout at least 3x/week, I recommend a mix of weightlifting and cardio.

3. Decrease the amount of calories you’re eating

👉🏽Start by 500, for example if you’re now consuming 2500 calories you should start consuming 2000.

👉🏽 After 6 weeks of this I want your to decrease your calories by another 250 (using the example this would put you at 1750). Stay at this calorie amount for 3 weeks, and by the end of 9-10 weeks you should be 10 POUNDS DOWN💪🏽

It’s really this SIMPLE! You just need to be patient and stay committed to the process🔒
