pumpkin pie chia pudding:
1 scoop vanilla bean protein @just.ingredients.shop
1/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup milk
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Salt
Lamb chops:
Season each side with salt & pepper

3 tbsp tamari
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
