1/2 cup oats @onedegreeorganics

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup cold brew @chameleoncoffee

1 scoop vanilla bean protein @just.ingredients

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla paste @traderjoes

Pinch of salt @redmondrealsalt

apple tuna salad @sailor_bailey

4 cans wild caught tuna @wildplanetfoods

1 cup apple, diced

1/2 cup celery diced

1/4 cup mayo @chosenfoods

Lamb chops:

Season both sides with salt & pepper

Chop rosemary & garlic mix with grassfed butter & add to both sides

Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat

Add grassfed butter

Cook lamb chops 3 mins a side
