i’ve been cycle syncing for almost 6 months now and i’ve definitely noticed a difference in how i feel in each phase of my cycle!

i focus mostly on what foods i’m consuming and what exercises i do. i used to only do high intensity workouts and noticed that my body wasn’t changing and i always felt low energy. syncing my workouts with my cycle has been a game changer for me. now i focus on yoga, walking, and pilates during this phase. i also have always had trouble with birth control symptoms, so i’ve been naturally tracking my cycle for some time now.

this soup has been a go-to for me for a few months now because it is so easy to make. soup and warm foods the week before and week of your period are recommended so this is a great meal.

i simply add everything into a pot and cooked covered for 10 minutes, then we are good!

this purple power juice from trader joe’s is also a go-to since tart cherry, pomegranate, blueberries, cranberries, and grapes are great during your menstrual phase.
