Hello everyone, it’s Lavanda Michelle! I’m excited to share my Week 6 health journey update with you all. Your support means the world to me, and I’ve hit some fantastic milestones this week!
🌟 Reflecting on My Journey 🌟
Since June 1, 2024, I’ve lost 30 pounds! More than the number, I feel more energetic and positive. My doctor was initially concerned but was impressed with my health stats after discussing my meal plan, exercise, and intermittent fasting.

This week, I logged serious steps:

Total Steps: 205,799
Average Daily: 29,400
I enjoyed exploring Cary’s walking paths and local farmers markets with my girls, making beautiful memories.
