breakfast in a calorie deficit

being in a calorie deficit doesn’t mean you can’t ever have the foods you love, you just have to find ways of fitting it into your daily calorie goal.

breakfast for me this morning:

3 mini pancakes from dewafflebakers found at walmart (frozen section) 🥞

40 grams of cooked crumbled bacon 🥓

25 grams of mozzarella cheese shredded 🧀

2 farm fresh eggs 🥚

and i use parkay butter spray because it’s 0 calories a spray! 🧈

drink is water 💦

total calories = 454
