‼️ How to:

Oven roast corn 🌽

🔆 Occasion & Servings: any occasion/ can be a side dish or main depending on the person/mood!

💢 - Ingredient 1 & Portion: Corn on the cob (pre-shucked or un-shucked) I used 3 pieces and broke them in half for 6

💢 - Ingredient 2 & Portion: Butter (I used about 1-2tbs per half piece)

💢 - Ingredient 3 & Portion: Seasoning (I used 1-2tbs of pepper, salt, paprika and onion powder for all 6 pieces)

🔆 Detailed Steps: Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Un-shuck corn(if needed). Wash corn. Get a piece of tin foil for each piece. Butter and season each piece. Place in oven on the rack (put a pan under to catch drippings). Cook for 1 hr.

🔆 Additional tips/notes: you can always use more/less of what I listed depending on preference (of course!)
