From Defeated to Determined: How I Lost 21.4 lbs

Can I be real with y’all for a sec? 💯 Back in June, I hit my heaviest weight at 199.2 lbs (and I’m only 5’3!) 😳 My body was breaking down, everything hurt, and none of my clothes fit. I felt so defeated and depressed. I even considered medication, but my husband and I decided to give it one last try with diet and exercise… and guess what?
